Heliotropia Houses

Heliotropia is an oasis of peace and relaxation

Large and cosy private houses with large balconies overlooking the garden and pool. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, dinner plates, pots, pans and the supermarket is right next door.

Maisonette is a double floor house of 60m2: Upstairs is the master bedroom bathroom with shower and downstairs there is living/dining that include 2 sofa beds that you can use as a second bedroom or as a sitting room to relax watching DVD or LCD TV or reading a book from our small library. Downstairs there is a 2nd bathroom with only a wc. The maisonette is covered for the hot days of the summer with 2 air conditioning units upstairs and downstairs. Each house can accommodate 5 persons.

Bungalow is a ground floor apartment of 40m2 with a separate bedroom and a sitting room with kitchen where there are two single bed sofas or one double bed sofa. Bungalow has the same equipment as the maisonette. The property offers free internet and private parking. In the garden, there is a barbecue and a large dining area where the large groups can enjoy their meal.

There is every day cleaning service and we change the bed linen twice a week. Every maisonette has a washing machine.

The sea is a step from Heliotropia Houses and very short you can find a bakery café where you can enjoy desserts and bread specific to the area The accommodation is very close to the centre of the village,5 min walking from the picturesque port with taverns, cafes and shopping centre with beautiful gift shops and souvenirs.

Vassiliki is Internationally recognized as one of the Leading Windsurfing Resorts in Europe.

Very close to Heliotropia there are centres/schools of snorkelling and windsurfing.

We can arrange your transfer from the airport by booking a taxi.

You can book directly to the owners by email. You should deposit 30% of the amount in the bank or sent them with western union or other way you prefer.

You can cancel your booking without fee 15 days before your arrival if you cancel after the 14 night we don’t return the deposit.

During your holiday and certainly before your depart don’t forget to visit our shop Classicon.gr in the main street where you can find famous oils from all over Greece local honey and many other local products and souvenirs from Lefkada.
