Ionian Ferry Route Suspended Indefinitely
Ionian Ferry Service Suspended
The ferry service connecting the Ionian Islands has been suspended indefinitely. The route linked Corfu, Paxos, Lefkada, Meganissi, Ithaca, Kefalonia and Zakynthos and had been operating since 2018.
Although a timetable can still be found on the Lefkada Palace website, the booking system currently shows no available sailings. The service was originally introduced to improve connections between the islands, with plans to upgrade to a larger ferry in the future.
At the moment, there is no information on when the route may return.
